Making Sherbet
Intro:
On Tuesday in science, we made sherbet it was fun we started off with talking about all the ingredients. The ingredient we used was citric acid, tartaric acid, baking soda and raro. We started making it by adding equal amounts of every ingredient but a little bit of baking soda, I'm sure we all snuck in more raro than needed. After we put all the ingredients sin we shake the bag with all the ingredients in it.
It was time to try the sherbet. I put it in my mouth and it fizzed straight away it was a sour sensation
Method:
Get the following:
Citric acid
Tartaric acid
baking soda
Raro.
Put 2 teaspoons of each into a sandwich bag but only 1 teaspoon of baking soda, Shake the bag, Enjoy your sherbet
